The girls arrived in Vancouver on Friday as the countdown to The Return Of The Spice Girls Tour continues.

Talking onboard the flight, Geri told thespicegirls.com: "I'm not nervous, just really, really excited." Whilst Emma added: "I think it will hit me on Sunday. But I can't wait to get on stage."

Today the girls will see the arena for the first time as they perform a full dress rehearsal of the show.
