Emma will be celebrating her birthday on Monday, so her fellow Spice Girls decided to start the party early by presenting her on stage at The O2 Arena this evening with a huge cake in the shape of a castle. Emma was surprised and thrilled to see the amazing cake creation, complete with decorations made from marshmallows and sweets.

As always, Emma was supported by family and friends in the crowd this evening, including baby Beau, boyfriend Jade and her mum. And best of all, Emma gets a day off to enjoy her birthday before returning to The O2 on Tuesday for the final London show of The Return Of The Spice Girls tour.
